The tree

39 strains, 57 recipes

Every generated cross in the register is two of these put under one tent. This is the whole authored tree: four base strains the game sells, 35 hybrids somebody wrote by hand, and the crosses that connect them.

14 of 39 have been bred by somebody. The rest read as ??? until the first player in the world gets there - finding out what a cross needs is part of what there is to find out.

Every cross somebody has put a name on, hung under the two strains it came out of. The tree above is what can be crossed; this is what has been.

And then

Those 57 recipes use 57 of the 741 pairs these 39 strains can form. The other 684 pairs are the register: crosses nobody wrote, that the game generates, and that the first player to breed one gets to name. All 741 of them fit on one sheet, with the lines between these 39 drawn in.
